I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms open onto a beautiful enclosed inner courtyard with live piano music until 11 pm, offering a charming atmosphere for guests to gather and chat. The location, facing the square, is stunning, and the rooms belong to the same category, providing a consistent experience. Despite the congested traffic outside, the hotel is a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful stay in the heart of the city.

I was delighted by the charming rooms adorned with exquisite antiques and a breathtaking view of the cathedral, although the additional charge for the room addition seemed excessive. The service was warm and courteous, yet there was a slight hiccup regarding our nationality. The location, right across from the main plaza, couldn't have been better, offering a stunning view and easy access to all the hustle and bustle. Dining at the Virrey, while a bit pricey, was worth every penny for the fantastic service and delicious offerings.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a great view of the magnificent cathedral. However, there was some street noise. The service was friendly and attentive, and the location, right in the heart of the historic center of Morelia, was perfect despite the traffic congestion at times. The dining experience was good overall, with fantastic regional dishes, but the coffee was a bit disappointing. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
